Standard flat rate shipping $10

We post Australia wide via Australia Post and endeavour to pack and post all orders within 48 hours of purchase. Once your order is processed, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information. Shipping notifications will be sent via email or SMS to your preferred contact number (via Aus Post).

Please allow up to 10 working days for delivery as Australia Post has recently changed their domestic delivery timeframes. If you have any concerns over the status of your parcel, please contact us.

We are not responsible for orders shipped to incorrect or incomplete addresses provided by the customer. Please double-check your shipping information to ensure a smooth delivery process.

Returns

In the unlikely event your item is defective or damaged on arrival, please contact us within 5 days and we will do our best to rectify the situation. All items are checked and cross checked before packing.

We do not accept returns resulting from a change of mind.
