BOOKINGS AND PAYMENTS

All bookings require a non-refundable 50% deposit immediately upon booking to reserve your booking time. The remaining balance must be paid prior to our consultation.

 

CANCELLATIONS AND RESCHEDULING

• If you need to reschedule your appointment, at least 48 hours’ notice is required.
• Failure to provide sufficient notice may result in forfeiture of your deposit.

 

GIFT VOUCHERS

• Gift vouchers are non-refundable and cannot be exchanged for cash.
• Gift vouchers are valid for 2 years from the date of purchase.
• Gift vouchers must be used before the expiration date specified at the time of purchase.
• Gift vouchers can be used on alternate services or transferred to someone else.

 

CONSULTATION AND SERVICES

• Services must be used within the agreed time frame unless otherwise specified.
• Any additional services requested may incur extra charges.

 

LIABILITY AND RESPONSIBILITY

• While every effort is made to ensure a seamless and enjoyable experience, we are not responsible for any dissatisfaction due to personal preference or external circumstances.
• Clients are responsible for their own belongings during in-person consultations.

If unwell, showing signs of a fever or cold, even minor, I ask that you please contact Becky to reschedule your session in the best interests of the health of us and our families.

Oh My. Style values the privacy of their clients. Discretion is guaranteed & personal information is kept secure.

Oh My. Style does not sell or exchange our client information to third parties. Please note that Pinterest and other social media platforms may be used as a visualisation tool for consultations.

Pages created for your style visualisation may be public to other Pinterest users. Please advise if you prefer otherwise.

Oh My. Style is not responsible for items lost or stolen during an appointment. Services are non refundable after the appointment has concluded. Oh My. Style make best efforts to provide relevant, helpful & valuable advice.

All purchase decisions and decisions to discard any clothing or belongings during or after an appointment are the final discretion and responsibility of the client. Oh My.

Style are not liable for loss of profit, or any other damages including but not limited to special, consequential, incidental damages/losses as a result of such advice.
